It comes with a specially-formulated sponge refill designed to dispense a unique cleaning solution to a pen’s surface, thereby eliminating germs on contact. It is effective, safe, and simple to use, and refills last 2 to 4 weeks, depending on use. Fits most pens up to 14mm in diameter. Notch provides an additional 4mm of clearance for pens with clips.
