As full disclosure, I have not experimented with this product too much yet but so far it appears to be a simple to use but robust system that preliminarily appears to fulfill its promises. For the price it appears to be well worth the investment and I’m interested to see where it will grow from here.

They seem to use Google cloud storage for their backend making the service fast and responsive. Licenses can be assigned to the same email address and then assigned inside their control panel to users. Data transfer can be pooled amongst licenses assigned tot he same email account. Data transfer seems to only apply to not logged in users downloading files. Multiple options for sharing files or 'Vaults' of files.
