It worked well enough for my daughter. There were a few bumps and dings, and some substance in the earphone Jack we had to clean out. But otherwise it was a Christmas gift that my daughter likes so far. Since it was a Christmas gift and today is the 28th I have no real feedback beyond this yet.
This purchase was a gift for my daughter and her family (seven kids) all of whom have been sharing a single MacBook. They are delighted. As I am technically challenged I hesitate to buy computers. Stack Social may tempt me to invest in a device which will accept Microsoft Office or Appleworks. Evidently this model has an operating system (whatever that is) which is outdated for the current application. So glad for this option! TK
The product acts as if it is brand new & not refurbished. Greatly appreciate how quickly the item came as well.
My niece loves her MacBook Air. Perfect for college. Worked great right out of the box.
