The computer arrived and looked fantastic, it was in great shape showing very little wear. I did happen to receive a charger that did not work but, kudos to fantastic customer service who was able to assist and get a working charger to me. Excellent service and nice to see these days, they stand behind what they sell. The computer works great. The OS on the machine is out of date and past end-of-life. It is an easy fix as I have installed Linux (Mint). Works great, an excellent deal.

This was my first Apple product, and admittedly I was apprehensive. The refurbed 2017 laptop arrived well packaged and nearly new-looking. The setup and initial startup went painlessly, learning the differences between PC and Mac has been a little stressful, but not prohibitively so. Battery life is less than the original 10 hours, but I am getting about 3 hours on a charge, not bad for an 8 year old laptop. Overall I am very happy with this purchase and would highly recommend it to anyone.

The product was as expected. It was delivered with a slight dent in the top which I tried to contact customer service. The form kept saying I had not filled in all required info but did not show what was missing. After trying 3 times, I called the customer phone number and left a detailed message. 2 weeks have passed and I have not been contacted!

The 2017 MacBook Air was in great condition. The charger was faulty, but support was very helpful in shipping a replacement. The battery was at 78% capacity and will need replacement shortly. Luckily, new Air batteries are inexpensive and easy to install. The 2017 Air no longer is supported by Apple and I installed Chrome OS Flex rather than risk security issues with an outdated Mac OS. The Intel processor and SSD work flawlessly. I'm pleased
