How to Connect Your HyperTag
Connect to iPhone (Apple Find My)
- Remove the plastic battery tab from the HyperTag. A tone will indicate it's ready to pair.
- Turn on Bluetooth and open the Find My app.
- Tap Items > Add Item > Other Supported Item.
- Tap Connect and follow the on-screen instructions.
Connect to Android (Find Hub)
- Turn on Bluetooth and open the Find Hub app.
- Remove the plastic battery tab from the HyperTag. A tone will indicate it's ready to pair.
- Hold the HyperTag near your phone, tap Connect, then follow the on-screen instructions.
How to Replace the Battery
- Use a flathead screwdriver or coin to rotate the battery cover counterclockwise.
- Insert a new CR2032 battery with the positive (+) side facing up.
- Replace the cover and rotate it clockwise until it locks securely.
How to Reset Your HyperTag
- Remove the battery and wait 15 seconds.
- Reinsert the battery and wait for the confirmation tone.
- Pair the HyperTag with your device again.
