Customers can generate their Android APK/AAB and iOS build/IPA from the same Swiftspeed project. The iOS build is ready for testing through TestFlight, while the Android build can be prepared for Google Play distribution.
Customers therefore aren't purchasing an Android-only with Pro Plan. The same Swiftspeed app project will produce Android, iOS and PWA applications.

What does a customer need to actually publish the app?

Swiftspeed handles the app creation and build process, but customers still need their own developer accounts with the respective app stores because Apple and Google require publishers to have developer accounts.
